Your paint shop in Emsland
Our paint shop can accommodate parts to be painted with a maximum size of 1200 mm x 2000 mm and a maximum individual weight of 120 kg. The desired color shades can be determined by means of color cards (e.g.: RAL). Different gloss levels can also be achieved. In our powder coating shop, workpieces with a maximum size of 900 mm x 1400 mm can be processed. A wide range of colors can be realized here. The definition of the desired color tone is done, for example, by the RAL color tone.
Likewise, different surface effects – fine or coarse structure, matt or glossy – can be realized by the composition of the color powders. We round off the surface finishing with various printing processes – pad printing, digital printing, screen printing. Regardless of the chosen method of surface finishing, the production of small series up to mass production is possible.
